The Arena Fellowship recruits and trains 12+ bright young leaders annually who work at Arena Hall providing daily hospitality services to our community. The purpose of the program is to equip, educate, resource, and mentor young adults with promising potential in their college years for a lifetime of good and purposeful work. Learning from leading experts in these fields, our fellows are encouraged to explore the realities of different sectors and prepare themselves for pursuing a flourishing and successful career upon graduation. This immersive experience not only prepares them practically but also fosters a deep understanding of leadership and innovation in today's dynamic professional landscape.

Past fellows who have graduated from our program have gone on to accomplish incredible professional success. Whether touring the world in music, attending top graduate programs across the country, creating startups, and so much more, the Arena Fellowship Program provides top candidates with avenues to achieve their career aspirations.

As an Arena Fellow, you will play a crucial role in cultivating a hospitable environment at our space for some of the best leaders our nation has to offer. Currently enrolled in a college or university program.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
