Host an Event
Arena Hall is an urban campus in downtown Austin, TX, with four buildings and large outdoor entertaining space situated within a fenced in campus. An in-house hospitality team can support limited logistics or full-scale event planning and design. The hospitality team leverages a network of exceptional, artisanal food and beverage partners who produce everything from crawfish boils to five course meals.
The venue is located at 1809 Pearl Street, Austin, TX, blocks from the Texas Capitol and the University of Texas campus.
It's not just a world-class venue. Every dollar earned from private events directly supports our community platform, making each gathering not just memorable, but purposeful.
Details:
Event venues range in size and format. Indoor venues include various small conference rooms, classrooms, parlor, library, cafe, and lounge. Outdoor venues include porches, the deck, and the lawn.
Representative events:
• 250 person party for a venture firm annual meeting
• 25 person corporate offsite with catered meals and workshops
• 75 person audience for a fireside chat followed by a seated dinner
• 125 person happy hour for national security investors
On-site and valet parking options are available for guest convenience. Arena Hall has partnerships with Hotel Ella and Hotel Otis, offering discounts to our community as well as preferred access to their event space. Both are walkable from Arena Hall.
